Preciz LTD recommends real estates with favourable position to investors. By demand we shape the infrastructure, plan and build the project in very short time limit. In case the clients want to invest in undeveloped areas, we help them to get the possible subsidy from the state, and tax allowance.

According to the demand of investors we can choose from a lot of structural systems, solutions, should it be ferroconcrete, coat steel with zinc, or a traditional system. We choose our partner companies and suppliers very carefully, so that they can meet the requirements on our quality insurance system. The german-austrian company Krupp-Hoesch AG and the swedish firm Lindab are one of our biggest suppliers.
